Summary

Peer-reviewed study assessing health facility readiness for CLAIM-it deployment. Describes CLAIM-it as a four-module application (claims entry, receiving/aggregation, adjudication, reporting) developed by NHIA with PharmAccess Group. Identifies critical gaps: only 25% of facilities have SOPs, 50% lack LANs, 40% lack backup power. Reports CLAIM-it piloted in CHAG facilities and scaling to 300+ facilities.
