Summary
Mixed-methods study of 69,055 website users and 4,103 app users analysing Wysa's NLP/NLU-driven CBT chatbot on mindline.sg. Found 91.6% of users successfully reframed negative thoughts; the system uses proprietary AI with rules-based decision-tree framework and pre-defined clinician-validated scripts. Data de-identified via one-way cryptographic functions.
